Peer-to-Peer: Lessons Learned and Promising Practices Tip Sheet

TA Resource

Our H-1B Ready to Work (RTW) Technical Assistance (TA) Team recently moderated a Peer-to-Peer Exchange on Lessons Learned and Promising Practices as the RTW Grant concludes for some grantees and, for others, the wind down process begins.

The webinar, held October 23, 2018, provided a platform for grantees to interact directly with their RTW colleagues as well as engage in dynamic conversations. Grantee presenters included: Florida State College at Jacksonville, Alachua Bradford Re. Workforce Board dba CareerSource NCFL, San Jacinto Community College and Puerto Rico Technoeconomic Corridor. Grantees shared how they overcame challenges with various aspects of grant implementation; what lessons they learned from managing the RTW grant; and how their promising practices are impacting their communities.
